Due to the natural ingredients/formulation of this product, it is recommended to avoid product contact with water (such as wet hands in jars). Additionally, Whipped Body Butters are no water formulas. What this means to you - no traditional or chemical preservatives are used/necessary in no water formulations. Our formulas contain 95% natural ingredients (5% fragrance oil) and carry an expected shelf life of 6-12 months. To get the most of our body butter, it is recommended to keep products at room temperature, and away from direct sunlight and wet hands!
Considering unpredictable weather patterns across the country, body butters may arrive slightly melted in warmer temps. Product should be refrigerated to resolidify if it arrives warm/slightly melted.
